Information on this website is for general guidance. Service scope, pricing and timelines are confirmed in writing (for example by quote or statement of work) after we understand your environment and requirements.

Quotes and scope

Any quote or estimate is based on the information available at the time. If your environment differs materially (for example, unknown constraints, third-party outages, or undocumented systems), we’ll confirm a revised scope and timeframe with you before proceeding.

Third‑party services

Some work may involve third‑party providers (for example Microsoft 365, internet providers, domains/DNS, VoIP platforms, or hosting). Availability and issues within those services may affect timelines. We will communicate what we can control vs what depends on third parties.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption). Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to resupplying the services or paying the cost of having the services supplied again.
